Join the Massachusetts Bar Association's Solo/Small Firm Law Practice Management Section Council for a full-day symposium designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully start and run your own law practice. This program will cover essential law practice management topics, including:

  • The basics of hanging your own shingle — from entity selection to IOLTA trust accounting
  • The best legal technology tools to keep your practice organized and efficient
  • How to market yourself and close the deal with potential clients while fulfilling your ethical obligations
  • Navigating conflict and safety-planning when dealing with difficult parties
  • Lawyer well-being

A networking reception will directly follow the symposium. All attendees are encouraged to connect with peers, share experiences and build valuable professional relationships.
