Compensation can be a significant motivator for helping a business meet specific goals. Often targeted toward certain key employees, deferred compensation, for example, can be used to give employees a share of the appreciated value of a business or a share of profits. It also can be used as a tool to promote retention. Various designs in compensation for partnerships and corporations will be discussed, as well as recent guidance and developments. The MBA Taxation Law Section is excited to offer this program that discusses how these plans are designed, how they work and how they are taxed.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4 to participate in this program. An email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password will be sent before the program.
