Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association's Complex Commercial Litigation Section along with Hon. Kenneth W. Salinger and attorneys David Brody, Aysa Calixto and Carla Reeves to discuss the Massachusetts Noncompetition Agreement Act (M.B.L. c. 149, sec. 24L), which went into effect on Oct. 1, 2018. Some topics to be addressed are:

  • How has it changed the landscape of employment litigation and/or counseling regarding noncompetition agreements?
  • Are there any gaps, ambiguities or weaknesses in the law that have surfaced?

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, in order to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and password. The email will be sent before the program.
