Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association's Complex Commercial Litigation Section along with Hon. Kenneth W. Salinger and attorneys David Brody, Aysa Calixto and Carla Reeves to discuss the Massachusetts Noncompetition Agreement Act (M.B.L. c. 149, sec. 24L), which went into effect on Oct. 1, 2018. Some topics to be addressed are:

  • How has it changed the landscape of employment litigation and/or counseling regarding noncompetition agreements?
  • Are there any gaps, ambiguities or weaknesses in the law that have surfaced?
