Controlling Your Case with the New Superior Court Rules

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administration Section is very pleased to bring its “View from the Bench” program series back to Boston. View from the Bench programs provide valuable insights for new attorneys and seasoned litigators, allowing for an opportunity to pose questions to a judicial panel in a comfortable and confidential environment.

Judicial Administration Section Chair Thomas Bond will moderate a panel discussion with five sitting judges discussing:

  • The new Superior Court rules
  • Final trial conferences
  • Motions in limine

Space is limited. We strongly recommended attendees register in advance.
