New Massachusetts Law Review available
The volume 94, number 1, issue of Massachusetts Law
Review is now available online. Articles include:
- "A Practical Approach to Arbitration Under the Massachusetts
Statute, G.L. c. 251;" and
- "Judicial Involvement in Arbitrations and in the Review of
Arbitration Awards."
Also included in the issue are case comments on the civil law --
abolishing the distinction between natural and unnatural
accumulations of snow and ice when determining negligence of
property owner; Chapter 258E harassment prevention orders --
balancing the rights of victims and defendants; and contracts --
breach of enforceable agreement and implied covenant of goodfaith
