MBA Centennial Conference CLE Litigation Track to provide overview of "Hot Issues in Discovery," "Practical Advice for Litigators," "Voir Dire" and more
The MBA's Centennial Conference, a celebration of the MBA's
century of service to the public, profession and rule of law, will
take place on Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 19 at the Boston
Sheraton Hotel.
Featured at the Centennial Conference will be three concurrent
tracks of educational programming. The CLE offerings have been
categorized into litigation, young lawyers or substantive law. Attend the Litigation Track
portion of MBA Centennial Conference's educational programming to
learn "Hot Issues in Discovery," "Crafting a Winning Theme - From
Soup to Nuts;" "Direct/Cross Examination of Expert Witnesses" and
more. In addition to educational programming, the conference will
feature the annual Access to Justice Awards Luncheon and "Hail to the Chiefs" Bench-Bar panel and
reception on May 18, and the Centennial Ball on May 19.
