Hot off the press
New issues of Lawyers Journal and Section Review now available
The new issue of Lawyers Journal highlights the
selection of Judge Dina Fein to lead a new effort to improve access
to justice, a profile of President Edward W. McIntyre's 2008-09
term, and legislative news on the MBA's efforts to overhaul the
state's drug policies, mandatory minimum sentences and CORI
laws.
The issue also includes:
- Former Attorney General Scott Harshbarger's keynote speech at
the Public Law Conference;
- House of Delegates coverage, including approval of the Joint
Alimony Task Force report;
- A review of the bench-bar "Open Dialogue" program; and
- Photos from the MBA's first Summer Social in Boston and
information about the Summer Social being held Aug. 27 in Western
