The February AFRs are as follows:
o Annual: short-term 0.51%, mid-term 2.33%, long-term 4.15%
o Semi-annual: short-term 0.51%, mid-term 2.32%, long-term 4.11%
o Quarterly: short-term 0.51%, mid-term 2.31%, long-term 4.0.9%
o Monthly: short-term: 0.51%, mid-term 2.31%, long-term 4.08%
