Tenth Annual Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute
The Massachusetts Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee is proud to co-sponsor a two-day interactive institute presented by the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution. The Tenth Annual Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute will feature rare opportunities to learn from some of the leading mediators and mediation advocates in North America. Each panel provides an opportunity to learn from an expert mediator, a high powered in-house counsel, and a skilled outside attorney. Each phase of the mediation process will be discussed, followed by small group discussions led by experts in the field. The opportunity for mediators and advocates to interact in small facilitated groups provides a unique environment to enhance your skill, knowledge and understanding of the mediation process.
MBA members can attend this interactive institute at a reduced rate of $895, $100 off the regular fee.
