A panel of experts will provide a comprehensive survey of developments in the fields of labor and employment law over the past year, including:

Workplace Violence
Millions of American workers are victims of workplace violence each year making workplace violence a growing concern for employers and employees nationwide.  During this presentation, learn:

  • What is workplace violence?
  • How does OSHA handle workplace violence?
  • How do we develop solutions?

Whistleblower Protections
Our knowledgeable panel will give an overview of the various laws that offer whistleblower protection and will address opportunities and strategies for pursuing and defending these claims.  Topics will include:

  • Pharmaceutical off-label promotion,
  • Medical device off-label promotion,
  • Nursing home Medicare fraud,
  • Tax fraud, and
  • New whistleblower protection laws.
