All relationships face conflict. Whether you are working with colleagues,
trying to deal effectively with opposing counsel, or marketing yourself to
clients, your conflict management and negotiation skills will play a large part
in whether you attain the outcomes you want. Susan Letterman White offers a
two-part assessment-based workshop on conflict management. On February 15, 2013,
she will give you a taste of her workshops as she shows two live volunteers how
to improve their conflict management and negotiation skills in three ways.
Viewers will have an opportunity to see how the MBTI and TKI assessments are
used in Susan’s workshops and to ask questions in this live interactive
presentation.
Susan Letterman White, Esq. consults to law firms and law departments and
coaches individual lawyers to help them answer questions such as: how can we be
more profitable; how should we be marketing ourselves; and how can we develop
diversity, inclusion, and future leaders? She frequently delivers training and
workshops that past attendees have said are “Complete, jaw-dropping,” “Uniformly
excellent,” and “an excellent CLE - the best I have ever taken.” Ms. White, who
continues to be a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing (as well as
the Massachusetts Bar), practiced law for over 20 years and was the managing
partner of a Philadelphia law firm before pursuing a Master of Science degree in
