Juvenile & Child Welfare Legal Chat Series: The New CHINS Statute

Join Juvenile & Child Welfare Section Council for its continuing series of live legal chats covering the issues impacting the practice of juvenile and child welfare law.

This legal chat will discuss the new FACES law, which went into effect on November 5, 2012.  Participants will learn about the new provisions of the law, the ways in which it differs from its predecessor CHINS law, as well as advocacy tips for practice under the new guidelines.
